I hope you are keeping safe. I had a quick question. I need more ebay and paypal account normally I buy these from sellers but I wanted to try and create this my self i just wanted to ask if the stealth guide has all the information to make a uk business ebay and paypal account?

If you're completely new to making stealth accounts, yes it is good for you as a basic guide.
Also, make sure you are using a Real IP address (not from a VPN datacenter IP) when creating the stealth account, and especially when listing your first item.
