Yes it's cool feature to have your funds available for withdrawal at the ATM. Luckily it's free.

I googled it, it just seems not everyone wants it and won't agree on implementing faster payments in USA, hence why you don't have it yet.

if you are withdrawing from your Paypal account,say someone pays you with a cc,it takes time to collect that money,but we want our money NOW,so it is really an advance from PAYPAL
