Ebay VCC questions

Hi all,

I am looking to create a new stealth ebay and paypal, if my paypal is confirmed and I have attached a VCC to it. Is it better to do the same with Ebay, if I attach a VCC to ebay to pay fees with will ebay give me a higher limit to use (looking to open a business account).

Or do I just need to add VCC to paypal and make ebay take fees from paypal. I am just worried this method will give me a lower allowance. Has anyone experienced this?

About ebay selling limit i see no difference with accounts which have pp or vcc linked , although i feel accs with pp acc linked are stronger

Am I the only one who thinks VPNs and VCCs are a big problem?

Not agree with vccs and of course i always add vcc to pp not eb

I have another question (sorry) do paypal check names against the VCC or do they only check the address?

Name can not be checked and the address verification depends on vcc issuer if they support it or not

Curious, does the VCC issuer find out that you were billed in a different name?
