SPONSORED and Multibuy listings - how is it done?

SPONSORED and Multibuy listings - how is it done when your listing the item show it shows as SPONSORED and Multibuy never done a listing like this before, any help appreciated

Did all that and it just displays as a normal listing when I've submitted it, no
SPONSORED and no Multi Listing showing

tinsoldier, your right Multibuy is no showing but no sponsored showing so far.
How dooes the 'sponsored' part actually work besides putting a 'sponsored' in the listings search results next to the item listing, do Ebay take a cut from every sale?
