Can you spend PayPal funds from verified stealth account bought on Marketplace?

First time buying a USA stealth account and I can see there are some here that are "verified". Does that mean I'll be able to spend some of the funds? We're talking between 1-2k/month

Strange question - I am wondering why you think you may not be able to spend them - delivery address may be an issue though as Paypal like sellers to deliver to the registered address in order to get Paypal protection

I guess you could contact them before buying and ask if you can re-direct after buying

Can you please provide me the seller that has Canadian stealth accounts? I have not purchased the USA stealth account, I am asking before doing anything if it's possible to use the PayPal funds without adding any more information that would be provided to me by seller.

What about UK accounts? Are they similar to Canadian ?

No, UK and CND accounts are very different.

Each has their own rules.
