Will ebay link?Paypal account,using 7 different email addresses for my paypal account

My buying account was suspended a few weeks ago.

But none of my other accounts have yet been taken down, a fair few buying and selling accounts, although not really used them much, mainly just to answer questions, I closed down my listing a week ago.

On my paypal account I have a different email address setup for paying for fees for each ebay account.

Will ebay detect the same paypal account and link all my ebay accounts for my currently active accounts, or does ebay only check paypal, based on the email address used for making payment.

I have the maximum of 7 different email addresses used on my paypal account.

Each account for payment is using its own email address for payment but all go back to the single paypal account.

I am afraid but all your accounts are linked. informations are shared between eBay and PayPal you cannot fool them like this

Thank you for your reply.....just to add a odd situation into the mix of my question ( I was about to add a little extra information)

My account that was banned, was only used for buying (never for selling), but I was using the "always logged in" option for making payment for products that I bought, would that make any difference to making my PayPal account safe for paying for fees on my other accounts?

As I was not banned on one of my buying accounts, not on one of my selling accounts.

Not quite sure I understoodbut if ALL ebay accouts points to one single PayPal (even if with different email address) ALL your accounts are linked together.

This doesn't give any indication on "how long they will survive" but for sure they are on the same boat of your banned account.

I wouldn't put tooo much effort on those... try to get hold of the money you have in there and start creating new accounts following stealth tecnique.

If you use your accounts according to steath rules they all will be separated, unlinked and if one goes down for any reason, the other will not be affected.

I was spending around 50k a year on my buying account, I buy to resell, not drop shipping, I buy under valued items on ebay, test them, resell them.

Basically a bad seller complained about me, my account was marked as suspicious... Banned from buying.

yes. the account is linked in the second you use the same paypal BUT
I run many accs that way even if i had a suspended account on the same paypal. Link does not mean the account will be instantly suspended. Most accounts get Mc011 fast, even before they suspend them for the link.

If you want a good account you need a new paypal for a new ebay. If you are thinking on short terms your method will do (you should have few accs in reserve if yours will get banned)

I am perhaps trying to split hairs, but I cannot help but wonder if been logged in on my now banned buying account for faster payment with paypal which was used only for buying never for selling, perhaps does not use my merchant number on my PayPal account linking as it is not used for selling, neither was the account setup previously for selling.

I know my situation is perhaps different from many other users of the forum, as they are generally been banned from selling.

A buyer can be suspended of his buying privilege if Ebay deems him as a hazard to the Ebay seller community-eg filing too many INAD,INR and returns.

The problem with spending £50,000++ a year on eBay, I did encounter items not received, items not as described and items that did not work.

But percentage wise, I'd say 95 to 99 percent of my purchases were not an issue.

Those issues are beyond my control, there are a lot of bad sellers on eBay.

I would have liked to of been able to speak to someone on the phone, but each time I call the support line number....same old recorded COVID 19 message...contact us via webchat, twitter, facebook etc....no joy there, their so-called appeal, equalled...sorry the decision cannot be overturned...no chance to ask further questions or to attempt to get to the bottom of the situation........but I guess you guys have suffered enough times at the hands of eBays so-called customer support...

One of my selling accounts has over 20k positive feedback, the rest of my selling accounts,easily have over 1000 feedback each....yet I am left in limbo.

eBay's suspension appeal process is harsh and unfair.

The seller who I think got me banned, was nothing but rude to me, if you check my past posts, I do go into detail about the situation.

Dont forget we all are sellers here and how much we disliked demanded buyers who abuse ebay system for item not described and force sller to send prepaid label,
Ebay is not strict with buyers at all they should get more strict with them to keep happy sellers

Yes, sadly bad sellers are not your problem....I have been buying and selling used products for the past 25 years, I only buy when I know there is a good profit to be had....that does not make me a bad buyer, I am not out to cause anyone any issues, at the end of the day it is what my business does, it is how I make my living.

INAD would make the seller pay for return shipping and it could be costly for the seller,it may not be one seller but multiple sellers or just Ebay looking at the number of cases you have open.
There is a buyer from rural Mexico buying cheap trinklets on Ebay and sellers shipped with no tracking,when her packages were stolen ,she filed INR,and it is Ebay which suspended her buying privilege as she is a hazard to the seller community

I mainly buy, tech items, games, computer parts, GPUs CPUs etc, I tend to stay away from motherboards, PSU's, used cases, as they tend to be in a poor state (intel boards easy to bend pins, PSUs often not supplied with all the cables, Cases, usually scratched up)

Unfair on the poor buyer in Mexico,at the end of the day, they just clicked to buy....how unfair.

I agree, I am a seller too, so I see both sides of the coin when it comes to eBay....I buy and sell on eBay.

But I only claim for items not received, or items that arrive none working.

When I buy on eBay, I give it a good test, make sure it is fully working, when I resell on eBay, I want the peace of mind, that the buyer will not have a bad experience....I want to sell with confidence and with no need to worry about bad feedbacks etc. of course I get bad buyers too, some people just want to use my goods for a few weeks......at the end of the day, I find that with all the things people want in life, most of the fun is in the wanting.....once it is owned, it quickly looses its desirability , buyers remorse.

But who is really at fault ? the poor buyer who clicks to buy and pays ? the seller who sends out the item correctly ?

Or the delivery company ? which has thieves within the company ?

A seller can easily remove countries they do not wish to sell to....surely it is not the buyers fault. ?!?

Why should eBay decide the buyer has done something wrong ?

I only sell to the UK for all my sales, I will not even send out to any other country, even where eBay services use their own warehouse and ship it from the UK to countries outside of the UK.

Thank you for the offer, but I only sell to the U.K as I am based in the U.K, I mainly sell higher valued items, graphics cards, CPUS , video games, that kind of thing.
