Here are few examples:
1. I received the order, but one of the items doesn't work, either send me a new one or give me a partial refund. O.k dear customer we are going to send you a shipping label for you to send us the "defective" item back and we will replace it for you --> Ooh I don't have time to send anything back, just issue me a partial refund.
2. I got the order, but the envelope was half-opened and half the order wasn't there, send me a refund please or I will open a case with PayPal.
3. Have you shipped my order yet? Please send me tracking info, the buyer already knows for a fact that it was sent without tracking and they end up opening a case on ebay to get a full refund.
The same pattern keeps repeating itself, this is typical behavior of freeloaders who want a freebie |
