they are Ebay disputes,he has to deal with them via Ebay, but if he has shipped and upload tracking,he should not lose Item not received dispute.
Unless it is item not as described, then he has to allow them to return the item.

None this replies help me guys because you should understand that my ebay account has been suspended so there is no way to access my ebay account to contact the buyer or to appeal the dispute again , and for paypal I contact them but they told me that the transaction was made on ebay so you will need to open or appeal the dispute on ebay . and this is not about an item as not described but is about a scammer because it's a service for icloud unlocking , I unlock his iphone after that he open a dispute against me because he know I can"t do anything .

Yeah it happens, I don’t ship the orders I have left when I get banned because of that. I just mark them all as shipped, and try to either disconnect the PayPal account from eBay, or remove my bank from my PayPal (by closing it). Effectively the same thing.

Edit: another reason to not pay your fees till the last minute though. Half the time eBay bans me it ends up costing them a few grand.

Youre selling a service and ebay doesnt like that. Nothing you can do. And what did you ship to show ebay anything?

Yeah he can still lose the disputes for item not received. On a limited account things get weird. It’ll remove the tracking you uploaded, so it’ll allow them to open an item not received case, and when you go to respond to it sometimes it won’t even let you upload the tracking. Plus, what type of idiot uses the returns and doesn’t just say “item not as described/⊗⊗⊗⊗ item,” there’s nothing you can do as a seller vs those complaints.

if Op has used Ebay or PAYPAL to print shipping labels, the tracking number would have been in the order details, but he is not selling physical item,he is selling service,so there is no tracking.
when is anyone going t o lean-plumber,electrician,caterer.hair stylist,masseur,digital items,?
but there is some service rendered Paypal will review, like if you build a website and it is up and running and you can show the URL and the codes and the contract if there is one.
The key is no to get the buyer pissed and remove the website
