Signing In Into New Account With Old Laptop

Hello everyone,

I've created a new Amazon account under a new address, new wifi, new bank, etc. I am using a new computer for this new account, I was wondering if I can use my old laptop (which has been logged onto my old suspended account) to surf the web and use it for everything else other than Amazon. Will I be able to use it under my new address and new wifi in which my new account is running under as long as I don't sign it into Amazon?

Off course you can, just format the laptop and you can also use Amazon on it

as long as you format, recommend installing a different browser than you previously used, you should be good to go

Just to confirm cause the Ghost guide said Amz use Mac address:
1. Old router (new network) is fine?
2. Old computer (formatted) is fine?
3. What about old computer, new network, new windows users? (Not formatted)
