Amazon Buyer Acc Closed IP BUrger ?!?!?!?

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A BUYER ACCOUNT AND NOT A STORE

OPSpec:

Brand NEW Windows 7 OS system on Virtual Box
Use Mozilla Firefox
Downloaded IP Burger Add on
I use the Micro Plan - 5 GB Residential Proxies plan for USA
Then I also make sure system time matches the location
I only use amazon giftcard bought from local stores in america with cash (family members abroad help with this)
Then I purchased a CPU and put a USA address of my cousin

Amazon emailed me 6 hours after the order saying

'We have closed your account and canceled all outstanding orders.

We took these actions because you were using Amazon Gift Cards that are in violation of our Terms and Conditions. We cannot reissue the gift cards or reimburse you for these funds.'

I know that they are lying because as these cards are 100% clean (bought at local stores with cash) so what could be the reason for this closure as I could only think of two reasons:

-The IP I was using has already been used (maybe by somebody on here) that somehow got it blacklisted

- The address I sent to is blacklisted

Anybody know any other possible reasons?

Do you have experience making USA buyer accs

You should try a new store with a Static IP

It could have been an IP related issue if your IP was changing your location multiple times while you were logged into your account

I can see that as a risk from Amazons side if your location is constantly changing

I used a buyer account btw, I do not do anything with stores

But dont mobile phone hotspots constantly change ?

Are mobile phone hotspots also risky or is it because I used a Residential Proxy that is always changing that is causing them to flag it up

mobile hotspots will change IPs but they will all be pretty close by, and most of them won't change until you reset the device

proxies that change every 30 minutes to anywhere in the US might be your problem, but its just a guess

I have several new amz buyer acc closed using real Amex Business after the first purchase just like you. What I learned by calling amz: They can link my phone and they can see all acc linked to that phone, the agent told me BUT It may no be a problem because some acc are locked and some are not using the same phone.
I use "new" (cool off period) datacenter proxy around the US. Some work some do not and i noticed some acc requires many more OTP and captcha verification than others indicating there is a trust issue with the IPs but amz "tolerates" after extensive OTP/captcha.
I also noticed that my cards using my home ip have no problem shipping items to my home address. As soon as I migrate the acc to a proxy and start shipping orders to other addresses too soon it locks. All with real CC information. The focus should be in the IP address and CC validation (billing). CG is a no go. It used to work, not anymore.

OK So Dedicated IP's are probably better right (I will also chose the state of the address if possible) but are these IP's fresh ? If not, I can get the Fresh IP's but are these ones dedicated ?
