How easy is it to create a stealth paypal account if i just want to use it for paying bills? also is it possible to link it to a prepaid visa for paying method? I wont be using the account for accepting any forms of payments

Not that difficult if only using prepaid visa to pay for things. As long as the prepaid visa is registerable on the pp account. What kind of prepaid?

I thought all visa prepaid are the same will be accepted. Is there certain ones that work and don’t ?

pp is much easier when you only want to pay and the issue is if they accept your vcc to pay also it's very important to keep cookies from the time of registration to avoid error when u r going to pay
