Business license required

I recently opened my Amazon Seller Central Account and got suspended right away. I want to sell on Amazon US, but I am based in Bulgaria, Europe. They want Valid Credit Card, Business License and Utility Bill. I have the Utility Bill and the card, but I am not sure how to get the Business License. I called my lawyer and she said we don’t have such thing and I should submit my certificate of incorporation instead of the business license. Please advise on what to do.

Start with your utility bill first, if they deny it on the submission then submit an explanation along with the certificate or any other documents you can add to the appeal

Yes I have sen it already and they said I will hear back from them in 2 business days, but it has been about than a week now and nothing. So I opened a claim and they basically said that I should send the same thing again. I can see that the case is still in overview, and I have no official reply from them. Shall I send the utility bill again or wait to hear back from them?

I would wait 1 week, if you still have not heard back I would re-submit appeal with the additional documentation you have. Anything you can submit to strengthen your case will help
