Paypal 180 day hold over. Cannot withdraw funds.

My 180 day hold on funds from an old account is now over. This account was in my name and address as it was before I started using stealths for my businesses.

The bank linked to it is no longer active and therefore cannot withdraw to it but when I try and add a new bank I am presented with "You cannot add a bank at this time". I have tried to phone but due to COVID-19 they are closed and cannot help. Message center just seems to send me a generic answer every time also which is of no use to me.

Any help or advice is appreciated!

Ssme for me with a few accounts, just have to wait it out till they open properly again.

If you call them they just say they don't have anyone to take your call. Limited accounts are of no priority to them at the moment.

I did notice that my active accounts have the option to message support via live chat whereas limited ones do not.

hindsight is always 20/20,you should have kept that bank account open or link more than one bank accounts before it was suspended.
now after 180 days,you want to add a new bank account,you have to prove you are the rightful owner of that account

Yup and you cant get through on the phone either. Basically, you are of no interest to PayPal at the best of times, let alone with short staffed Covid times.

We just have to wait.

My bank account is still active, but cant withdraw.
