Use "search" bro read a bit , theres accounts ready u can buy or follow the ebay guide. Best thing is to get new device in my honest opinion, but follow what expierienced people say.

I would say this is the one of most important thing. At least try to register account on different device

In the eBay Stealth Book, they say it doesn't matter and you can just create a new user profile on your computer? Is that no longer correct?
