if i am suspended off ebay can i work as a director for a company that sells on eBay

if i am suspended off ebay can i work as a director for a company that sells on eBay (have no shares held in that company) without risking the suspension of the company's account? if i hand in my id to ebay showing my suspended real name but everything else different, would that be ok or would they ****up the company?

If you are not a shareholder what is your executive position within that company?

The point I am making is are you a controller - if so how? - as an employee?

I'm not sure (but I'm not certain) that Ebay would accept an employee as a company authority

I believe (but once again not certain) that the 'front man' should be a shareholder

yes position would be a director/employee. why would not they accept an director as a company authority, thats what directors do, if a company wants to open a bank account the director can do it on its behalf, without the need for the owner to be present. owner can be offshore sometimes.

Can't really compare ebay account setup to opening a bank account....feels different
