Kicked off Etsy ...but I have another old account

I have been shut down by Etsy for Copyright infringement, fair play, I was selling a Harry Potter necklace. It had been on my site for two years and I just forgot all about it when I had my last warning. So, doing really well, full-time income (£4000+ per month take home) etc. to nothing for 6 weeks! I am busy building my Shopify shop but really need to get back in the game as money is running out, I am the main earner. At the time I had completely forgotten that I had opened another Etsy shop, selling something completely different two years previous to the one shut down. My name and address are the same (similar, I used the name of our house on one account, but just the street on the other) but my email address is different, my bank card is different but the bank account is the same, the same computer, same IP address. I have been reading all of the forums available to man and beast, watching YouTube experiences etc. but what I really want to know is, as it has been dormant if I start to use it will this register with Etsy and they'll shut it down? As it's established (old) could I affix a VPN to it (forum suggests that it's just new accounts that struggle) or do I keep everything the same and use IPBurger Fresh IP, or don't I need a new one? I have applied for a new bank account in my maiden name, not got the all-clear yet. Part of me is considering renting office space, getting a new PC too. How far should I go with it all given that I do actually have an account? Many thanks, I only ask so many questions as I have already read so many answers, but non about what happens if I start using an existing dormant account with 70% of the same info in it.Thanks again, Timmo

OK - take your time here

I assume the old account had Paypal attached

Here is what I would do

Create a new user account on your machine. Open the email account associated with the old account and check for Etsy messages

Check your IP address and then turn off your modem. Turn it back on after 10 minutes and check your IP address again

If it has changed you are good to go

If it hasn't changed create a hot spot on your phone and tether to your PC.

Turn off the modem so there are no mistakes

Open Etsy and log in to the old account

At this point you will have some idea of what will work and what will not

Don't do a thing at this point - get back to me and I will advise you further
