Ebay sales after paypal reinstated

I got a Paypal temporary suspension due to "a questionable transaction", one year after submitting the documents Paypal is not reinstated.

I also got the ebay account back by paying the outstanding balance of $10.
I'm wondering if I should list all the items now (ebay account limits are 100items atm), or should I start slow just as how you run a new account?

You've had no recent history so I'd say start slowly.

Do you plan on taking payment into the limited PayPal?

Do I have to start with the cheap item bidding just as a new ebay account does? Or should I list a small amount of GTC items already? This ebay account had 40+ feedbacks but latest order was from a year ago.

I'd start on cheap bidding and even winning some items for PP to work smoothly.

Remember that you could be limited again - you aren't 100% scott-free

Yes you can. Make sure you clean the photos (metadata) via exiftool. Then it should be fine

You mean for selling? I wouldn't use stock photos - take your own.

You don't need photos for bidding....
