Moving funds via craigslist

Hello.

I have a new US stealth account.

And I wanted to send a funds from my original pp to the stealth one.

So I used a new way to move funds from the original to the stealth.

I made a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ item for sell in craigslist.org (Verified account ) so I made a request money and I putted all the items informations and the item ID as if it's real requesting and I bought it via my original pp

And I received the funds then I marked as shipped in the stealth pp account.

My Q is! am I doing everything well? and How long should I wait to use the funds.

Why would you want to have money in PayPal account at the first place?

To use it with Sites that only accept US paypal. + iTunes.

If your PayPal is connected to your checking account, you can pay with Paypal even if there is 0 balance in it. PayPal will take funds from your checking or cc as your source of funding.

STOP making things complicated. I suggested that when both your paypal accounts are OK, then you can just do a transfer. Don't do these stupid sales just to get money because you are in a hurry.

I am just afraid from getting limited again :>

Because I want to send an amount of funds and I don't want to get limit

I wanna send about 200$ to the stealth account.

But if I waited 1 day or 2 days before using this funds I will not get any limit ??sure???
