1. Had a "Policy Violation Warning" in account health and account went to "at risk".

2. Account is now deactivated. Responsed via "reactivate account" and made appeal. Amazon responded: "Your account is still under review. We ask for your patience while buyers leave feedback".

How long will this "review" take and how long should I wait? Should I submit additonal info to speed it up somehow?

That's usually a velocity related review, lots of sales in a short period of time on a newish account with not much feedback

Generally its anywhere from 1-4 weeks. In that time frame just reach out to all your customers and ask if there's anything you can do to earn excellent feedback. Follow up with them and kiss some booty. After you've done this and a week goes by without more reviews, appeal again explaining you have already asked all your customers if there's anything you can do to earn their feedback/review

I thought soliciting feedback in anyway is not allowed?

Correct you can't ask customers directly to leave 5 star feedback

But if you structure your message to sound something like this, amazon won't have an issue

Thanks for your order... I'm a new seller and I'm always looking for ways to improve. How did your order go? If it was less than excellent is there anything I can do to make it even better?

If their response is a positive one, follow it up with

I'm glad you had a great experience, as a new small seller on amazon, feedback is very important to me, would you mind kindly leaving feedback?

Then provide a direct link to the feedback page
