Default PayPal asking me to accept cookies.

Paypal keeps having these windows that open up asking me to accept cookies each time I log in... I haven't sold in a bit so this is the first I'm seeing these.

I'm using one account per Windows User Account, so should I keep clicking away from those requests to accept cookies, or is that something that builds trust with the site?

Thank you!
