Im about to get a new paypal stealth account, nevertheless which are the triggers they can use to link this new account with me (the person the ban)

IP number
Phone number(device)


can they track me using my name? or birth date? or adress?

Got it, can they track adress outside USA? I read on the guide book they only can virfy adress inside USA territory, but want to be sure.
