got a small aged stealthy wana open a shop so i can promote stuff ,.,it says i have to link paypal which i did but its still saying the same thing

re check if your paypal is indeed linked .
have you used the paypal before with another account ?
if all clear then you could ring customer service and ask them to sort it.

Its all linked iv sold about 400 items i even re linked it twice last night just in case

never used this PP with another account

which customer service do i call ebay or PP
