Can paypal link accounts after years all of a sudden.

Yes they can if they want to.

Same concept as mentioned in the stealth guide.

Have you read it?

its easy for them to keep all this data in order to crack down on stealthers, they will likely keep it forever

The main thing is. If i was consistent with what i have been doing on paypal for lets say 2 years, could it all of a sudden ban me. even though nothing changed during the 2 years of freedom

Paypal is a bit sketchy like that - ban/limitation can come even after years of operation

Neither PayPal nor eBay will keep your information forever if your account is limited, suspended or closed.

I can't share how long they keep your data, but I can tell why they shouldn't and would not keep your data forever.

you may be able to get away with it for a little while but eventually they will catch on.

forever is a long time,they keep it long enough.
they also keep 7 years of history since we need it for tax reasons

I had an account with same name, address, number that was closed by me then later limited. Ive made a new account since, been 3 months, how am i still not caught?

how do you know they dont keep it forever? what would be a relative length of the data being kept
