Paypal permanently closed (Protect us from potential financial losses)

Hello, i have bulgarian paypal and i have got email from paypal. My paypal account has been permanently blocked and they said this in email

“”After a thorough review of your account, we're initiating the closure of your PayPal account in order to protect us from potential financial losses. You'll no longer be able to use PayPal.””

My concern that i heard paypal steal all money from blocked accounts. İs there anyone get same email from paypal and his all fund stolen by paypal for aup reason ?

It's been going on for years and is well documented on this forum. It seems that legal action would be the only solution you have.

İ accept to wait 180 days. No problem, my question is will paypal steal my money for violation of aup ?

İ dont see anything about aup violation İn email content. İs there anyone who get reason like “protect paypal from potential financial losses” and his money stolen by paypal

If you did not go against the AUP, they will not keep your money on that basis.

You should read their policy and make sure to check it against whatever you were offering. If you do not have cause for concern thereafter, then you all you need to do is wait 180 days.

İ have website and i sell service people to repair their device especially software issues

if not AUP,they will refund your money in 180 days,BUT if your customer files dispute and win,you wont get the money back,it will go back to the customer.
you sell service,you cant prove delivery

Depends on the reason why the account is closed, if it's inauthentic issue then they'll keep the money. But if not they should say that you can withdraw your money after 180 days.

There decision means they must oversee the appropriate movement of any money currently in your account. A gradual approach to account closure allows us to part ways, while considering any liabilities that may arise. Our aim is to review any valid buyer claims lodged against you. We must allow enough time for claims to be opened as these can take several months to be reported and resolved.

Was the Paypal real or stealth, as docs will be eventually required to release the funds!

İts stealth, i have many accounts permanetly limited and after 180 days, all fund released and i withdrawed money. But in 16 june, i heard policy changed for europe paypal accounts and they can steal all money by reasom AUP damage.

Best to get the facts really then rely on hearsay.

You should be ok, just wait until all refunds, claims etc have been completed in the next 6 months.

Not sure about the docs on a stealth paypal tho. Good luck with that!

YOu need to figure out why you have so many accounts banned like that.

My PP also get permanently limited status and now created new PP but didn't link it to Eb. I have one question.
If there is a case/ return would the money be put on hold when new PP isn't linked?
