Made a new stealth account and it still taking paypal?

I haven't made a stealth account in a long time, But when I sign up and ebay require you to sign up with paypal receive payments for new accounts.
My question I thought they making everyone do "eBay Managed Payments"?
Since I have a new stealth account with paypal.... My other question is what will trigger "eBay Managed Payments" what sale amount or items sold?

So basically If someone can't sign up "ebay managed payments" they can make a new stealth account and using paypal to buy more time?

Let's say 6 months from now I have 500 items sold will it trigger a "ebay managed payments" notice? do you know the sales amount that may trigger the notice?

Nobody knows for sure, Spread your sales out over accounts, and you can avoid this
