My USA Ebay account request phone verification and since im from Portugal, can you tell me or PM the services that i can use to have my account verified and star to sell??

Yahoo Voip is perfect for France, Germany and Spain!

For the Netherlands I have found budgetphone today. They give numbers which matches my location within Holland. (costs 10 euro/number/year)
