Nope. Wait it out and hope you have a bank account already attached to your p ay p al account. YOu'll need it to withdraw.
You can try calling them but don't hold your breath - the vast majority of people have to wait the full 180 days.
By the way - if you don't have a bank acct already attached to the paypal you might have serious issues getting at your money even after the 180 day period has gone by.

I had one limited for 180 days before without a bank account on it...they allowed me to add a checking account to it then i withdrawed funds...that was couple months ago
