it would be stupid to sell it. if you try to appeal and fail people will open requests and get refunds

I'm getting some clue to what you're trying to do. It made me laugh a lot. You'll wonder how I knew but that I can understand btw.

MC013 is a permanent restriction. Very rarely you can overturn the restriction but it will be permanently restricted again. There are many reasons why one would get a MC013.

I have an account with 100% feedback with mc011. In fact it didn't even sell a whole lot,just had a strong December i guess. I am still undecided if the 10 feedback account is worth the $40 appeal in docs (i will do the non id stuff, as it's simple and have passed before) just not sure it's worth the $40, i guess it might be
