Talking How I reversed a negative feedback to a positive feedback....in 1 HOUR..

Last night a buyer left a negative feedback because well they were inpaitent...
This guy had no clue what agony i go through to provide this product because its a lot of work and when you have 100+ orders, forget about it...

So he leaves a negative at 10pm....omg having a seller's heart attack...this can not happen....so heres what i did

1. I told the guy the product was already delivered but he said he made a fool of himself in front of his customer...seriously....read the ENTIRE DESCRIPTION...

2. Went back and forth neoigating a deal

3. Came up with a deal that the guy couldnt resist....id provide a refund and give him the product for FREE.

4. Guy agrees...so i went ahead to the feedback revision and sent a request

5. Sent a refund as part of the deal....

1105 pm....went from negative feedback to a positive....

The 1 hour 'ebay seller cardiac arrest' is now over.

THEN...the guy was begging me how i do what i do and he'd pay me a lot of $$ so he wouldnt have to rely on ebay sellers........that was a rotflmfao moment....Just figured Id share this experience and give advice for people dealing with negative feedback...

Sometimes it takes this - true. Glad you resolved this - advice is dependent on choice of course

What i do:
Call the buyer at his home phone and say i am calling to resolve the issue and feel bad that he is unhappy and want to do everything in my power to bring the transaction to a good end.

9 times out of 10 they did not read the description properly or are so shocked by an actual person being behind the Ebay account that they agree to revise the feedback. In all other cases i bribe them with refund, or partial refunds. The real difficult ones get to keep the product if it's not very expensive.

I suppose theres no other ways sometimes lol, and it is important to cut cut cut on nfb wherever possible.

I'd also agree greatly with the concept where they have been seeing not much more than an unreal form of entity in the seller.

Buyers would rarely predict correctly the sort of voice or personality a seller has, and much misconception of that is formed via what they think the description sounded like ( as if a voice they invent for us ) .. could be true to say.

That might be why calling them to solve and cool things works so well. Whilst if the situations illogical for some reason and its the scammy unreasonable buyer, little seems to work .. that ones not at all interested in reason or amends etc.

Its important not to miss out on the majority chances to fix matters just over those .. thanks for sharing your experience, i shall take note.
