If set up a account for my limted company, but one of the director had a suspened ebay, how will that work, what name do you set the account on, does it have to be one of the directors it can't be just the company? any problems to look out for?

It sounds beautiful in theory and if that worked, stealth would be really easy - but simply put, the account will eventually get suspended.

The account can be set up any persons name in the company, as long as the company details are correct. Directors not an issue
