Also, how do you transfer your PayPal balance so that it can be used in locally in INR. Most Indian websites don't accept PayPal. I guess what I'm trying to ask is how I should cashout?

I'm looking to get a PayPal account where I can receive around $500 soon without wait, I know that with some accounts you have to wait around 30 days before receiving money.

A US Paypal would be of no use to you unless you're an American.

I don't know how to make an Indian PayPal it needs to be fully verified Business for me to receive money and send it to people. Do you know of anyone that sells those?
