eBay removed sponsored listing option

Usually I just alter the promotion percentage rate in the listing

However it is now not there at all

This has been removed a while ago

You will get promoted after certain amount of sales and time period

yeah it takes a while to appear on a new account now. If its an old account and the function has suddenly vanished, then I guess it's either a glitch or maybe the account has been flagged as a risk or similar

Imagine new accounts sposoring at 99% and run away from fees...then repeat...
This is the main reason i think...
