Gender for Paypal Accounts

How do I find out the gender of the account that was created for me (Stealth Paypal). The name given was Robin and I need to upload a picture ID for verification to paypal (limited) and need to know if there needs to be a guy pic or girl pic on the document I am getting, however I have looked everywhere in setting, profile...etc to find out what gender it was created under and cant find. Thanks.

why can't you ask the seller you got it from?
