my account was suspended due to ODR, A-z claims. When amazon asks “The actions you have taken to resolve A-to-z claims, negative feedback and service chargebacks”, What exactly are they asking? Since these are A-z claims, I will need to contact the buyers and offer to reship the item at a discounted price, etc?

Didn't they email you with things that they want?
Like a plan to stop this from happening again, what you have done to achieve it etc?
