Best US banks to open accounts for stealth PayPal

I am a Virtual Assistant and my client is in USA. Can anyone recommend the best banks that are easy to open bank accounts in? What would be required in order to open new bank accounts, and how long does it usually take?

They're all easy to open.. and typical requirements are needed like name, address, email, phone number, SSN and maybe a couple other things.

Note that in most cases youll need to open those accts in person.
Opening them online can result in either rejection of the application (if ANYTHING on it seems at all fishy to them) or delayed for verification purposes.

it is easy to open an US bank account online as long as you have what they asked for.

With companies who offer online banking services and the correct info would usually take 10 minutes to have the account ready.

For those who are not US citizens and use US hidden bank accounts to receive payments from ebay. are there ways to transfer, withdraw that money?
For example, transfer to a US bank that allows non-US citizens to open an account......?

USA vba's do exist but can not be used on ebay or amazon.

It is always advised to use an IP address for the country of the account you are opening.

I've had alot of success w/ opening BOA accounts online.

But opening the initial acct needs to be done in person.
Then you can open further secondary accts online.

not so,I have open several bank accounts on line with no problem.
but you must have US address and SSN
