Can you use/ add a c.card to pay managed payments fees or chargebacks?

And the bank only for payouts.

This way eBay can not see your real name on bank

if it cant access your bank account or if you dont have enough fund,it could charge your credit card,it is not up to you to decide

Something tells me that attaching a real credit card (pre-paids won't work) to an account to pay chargebacks etc will attract more unwanted attention that a bank account funded refund would.

Not on managed payments I made "one time payment" (with virtual Debit cards from my major bank created via app) in several accounts to pay the eBay negative balance (fees) just before the incoming charge to PayPal. No problems ...

Not quite the same as a credit card refunding an enforced chargeback but let us know how it works out for you if it happens.
