You need a US bank account. If you can't get one than you're out of luck I'm afraid.

it is hard to make my country's ebay account
i tried to make a lot but they are all dead with one listing
that is why i purhcase us ebay account from sellers..

There may be a way to make a stealth MP account, we will just have to wait and see. Its still too new and they are constantly changing it

However the US bank account is absolutely necessary, no way around it
