Personal Ban to Business

Could Ebay ban my new LLC if I've had a previous (personal) account banned?
Ebay had permanently*suspended my personal selling account, I had just signed up for MP (see 'MP Status' email below) but it hadn't been activated if that makes a difference. So Ebay has my ID and SS tied to my former account. I'm assuming that creating a LLC, and registering it w/ EIN, myself as the owner, isn't a solution to an Ebay ban, but maybe I'm wrong?

Sorry for the newb question, but I just need things to be clear; some others had written:
"They do seem to be checking on LLC owners in managed payments but they aren't using that information to link accounts to previous personal accounts."
"On my*account*the SSN# does not match the EIN# holder."

MP Status: "Your account will be activated for managed payments between month X and X 2020."

Are you sure? Surely ebay would link previous banned details regardless?

Previous banned details are irrelevant to MP. Using your real details is about the only consistently successful method of MP. Read this forum for a few hours and see what works for people the past year.... It is REAL details. MP/Ayden could not care less if you were banned before.

Does that also apply if you have your MP banned? So you can reapply for MP using the same details over and over?

So you're saying even though Ebay may have banned me, MP hasn't, therefore I just need to use a different name for Ebay, but I can use my name for the MP system and banking. Correct?

(I'm not dropshipping or managing multiple accounts, though I wish i could, I'm just a regular seller in need of getting back on)
