So Stealth for UK is dead, what does this mean for british sellers?

It's pretty obvious there's no way around the identity checks since they now know if the I.D is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or not. How will this affect british sellers? since we all know ebay uk is/was flooded by foreign sellers on stealth accounts, will british sellers finally be able to compete with chinese sellers or is it still the same? atleast there will be osme impact as most chinese had tens of stealth accounts running so that's come to an end.

The main impact will be for smaller sellers from the UK and Europe , many of whom will migrate to real details or will be kicked out and some will be kicked out later on real details

I would not worry about the chinese because they will be able to open tons of accounts with payoneer in china and will be doing business on ebay without hiding behind western registrations anymore , it will just become somewhat more expensive for them
