Joint bank account safe? Can eBay see both names on the account?

If my US MP eBay account is registered under my relative's name, and we created a joint bank account together with their name listed first and my name listed second on the account statements, can eBay see my name upon bank verification? Would there be any issues in getting this bank account verified?
