Stealth accs are possible only in non-MP countries.

It means that in Europe, UK and US stealth is now impossible. Only real ID, real non-EMI bank (or high quality one like N26)....

Is it because ebay now only works with payoneer? In which countries can you still create a stealth account?

long story short: you can open stealth with payoneer , all details on payoneer and ebay will have to match and be prepared for more scrutiny on ebay over time since you will not be able to hide behind UK/USA/DE etc. accounts anymore so that ebay will see you are based in a third world country and this may have consequences for some sellers , especially for those selling branded/copyrighted items

How much did I understand that the ibey and payoneer must be registered for 1 person? Then how can you register several steelth accaunts per person if 1 account is blocked? Looking for a new person?

you can attach more than one ebay account to payoneer , in Russia you open a separate payoneer account for each ebay

but obviously if the same personal details are used on more than one ebay account all these accounts would be linked and in the worst case suspended

There is solution for EU MP but it is very expensive. Also, in US it is fine, but only for US citizens.

the cheapest and most effective solution is to open in the home country using payoneer stealth (assuming it is payoneer country) as it would be fairly easy to open as you would have access to docs and the banking system

Probably this is the best solution for eBay Stealth now. Does eBay ask to link Payoneer right away on new accounts in the countries where Managed Payments not supported?

payoneer is obligatory now so you get verified by payoneer and then it is forwarded to ebay

stealth docs are easily accepted at payoneer. I have tested this myself with 7 russian payoneer and I know other people who did the same in other countries
