I would like to buy fully verified ebay MP stealth accounts linked with their bank accounts ( Payoneer, Wise....ect). US, CA and DE accounts in first place.
Do you know a reliable supplier for this ?

only scammers would offer you that because the value of such an account would be about $5000-$10000

so anyone offering much lower would be a scammer for sure and anyone offering for that price would not have any incentive to deliver either , after receiving the money

So why not?! There are established AZ accounts going for that number and people buy those. I am sure if there is enough demand for ebay there will be supply for it. For 5-10k there are escrow protection services so people do not run away with your money...
