Dear All, I have a Pp from Philippines and I connected it with Gcash, which is recommended by Pp as a well accepted way to withdraw. But once the funds enter Gcash, they can't be withdrawn unless you get Gcash Mastercard, which is shipped to selected areas in the country. As the account is stealth, accessed from abroad, I can't get the card. I'm looking for some member in the Philippines to help me overcome this obstacle.
