Best Mini/USB PC for accessing PayPal remotely

I am setting up a PayPal account in Canada to access it whenever I want I need a mini PC with minimum footprint it should be kept turned on 24/7. What are some of the best option given that I am only going to be using for accessing and managing my PayPal account.

Just paypal....a cheapish mobile phone with a new sim card and their app.

I would definitely agree, a cheap $50 phone, sim...app would be the best, and cheapest method.

Nope. I will manage my PayPal accounts using this device remotely. So if I am going for mobile device that would mean I am going to deal with a small screen using remote connection which sounds like not a ideal solution oh and if am to use the PayPal mobile app that would mean i wont be able to process the refunds if I get any incase of some disputes that are very common on Paypal these days.

Gotcha, I wasn't sure what or how you were planning to do this. I'm not well versed in Mini PC's but maybe a youtube search may help.

My only concern with a Mini PC would be cooling, maybe a desk fan keep it cool if it's going to stay on long periods of time.

I've never tried a Mini PC but my 1st thought personally would be to downgrade the Win10 to Win7, but now a-days hardware are running better on Win10

Do you have a specific app you will use to login to the machine?

Quite a few of these "Dell Optiplex 780 Computer" on eb that are going for cheap...worth taking a look at in my opinion

Get "RD CLIENT" app on play store. And connect with Canada rdp. As much as you want, lots of acc.

All on one mobile device - your phone.

Most VPS's have been burned out, and Paypal would detect it real quick and ban it.

...then get a cellular enabled tablet. Sim card or wifi, your choice.

Seems like a good idea however is there a possibility without accessing it remotely and without it waking up the screen? I want this to be discreet and quite as possible

I thinking accessing / using old paypal account is different than creating and using a new Paypal account. Have you tried creating account using this?
