Attaching bank account to Stealth PP will always lead to ban?
I have a Finland Stealth PP business account and I want to attach my real business bank account to PayPal for withdrawals? Can it work or will they see the mismatch names?

If the bank account accepts deposits in different names, you will be ok - PP can only see the mismatch name if money is sent from the bank to PP - example: microdeposit verification, payment for things from your bank to PP, etc

What about a debit/credit card attached to pp, can pp see mismatched name on it as well when paying through debit/credit cards? And if yes, will it cause issues or acc be flagged up,

Credit card is different - pp can't see the mismatched name by default - only whatever name you provide to pp - payments from the card is different than a bank payment

Withdrawing to debit card worked nicely for a year but now in December its not working anymore and PayPal asked for my documents. I do not know why and I think maybe they saw the mismatched name.

I don't think it was the name that PP saw - perhaps the particular series of debit/credit card BINs has been flagged or maybe issue on bank side about receiving mismatched payments

Okay it seems that the money will not arrive to my debit card and they want to send it bank to my PP. Maybe this is the reason of ID check.
