Difficulty attaching bank account to UK PayPal. Please help

Was hoping someone could give me some advice.
I have opened a business stealth PayPal and verified it using iCard.
Now when I try to attach my starling account to it it keeps saying cannot
Attach this bank account. Obviously the name is different but I didn’t think that was an issue? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

So it's a soft flag in the back of the system. Don't keep trying, wait say 3 days, try again 1 time. If that still doesn't work, wait 7 days.

Then last resort is to call them and have them add the bank account.
