Example: I have one uk paypal but I use phone number from us. Is that a good idea?

You can use any EU number for EU paypals. I match it very rarely and never had a problem with it. i use Austrian sims for most of my paypals since they are cheap and last for 1 year. UK AT IE LUX DE, all work well with austrian sims
