More than 180days limitation on Paypal

I got my account limited Feb 2021, in august they sent me an email that i can withdraw my funds cause it was 180days by then. I was able to withdraw $10 since then, they have been telling me i have an issue with my account so i should customer care, since then i have been calling Paypal everyday and they are not giving me any proper feed back. Just recently i tried withdrawing and it says i dont have money in my Paypal balance but i can see my money still in there. I need help in withdrawing my funds.
