I’m going to start a stealth account and have everything I need, but if I don’t want to buy and just want to use the account to sell do I need to link a credit card and PayPal to the account?, or will registering for managed payments suffice?

PayPal is no longer used for payouts on eBay. You need a Checkings or Savings account to get paid.

No need for Paypal. Just add your Bank on eBay.

Registering for MP and adding your bank account would suffice.

However, stealth accounts no longer exist so without using a real identity your account is not going to last long at all.

You add your bank account into the MP and your set

locally, and there are some online banks that will work also.

I expect he means that some banks charge for a savings account.

Savings accounts sometimes incur fees for more than 1 withdrawal per month - depending on bank
