 UK Paypal Stealth Limited-Over 1 year and cannot access funds
Hi guys had a verified stealth which got limited- sold a high risk item- mobile phone as first transaction got limited. Items been posted no issues, positive feedback and 180 days passed in May 2021.
Never recieved an entitled to funds or generic paypal email to withdraw funds.
Have made 2-3 calls to Paypal UK eventually after constantly ringing in got this-
The agent on the phone to me was blunt and said they knew the driving licence previously used was not 'valid' in otherwords legit as stealth.
They told me they'd escalate it and said -

As we cannot allow withdrawals on your PayPal account until all requirements have been met, we would appreciate your help with completing the steps below, so that we can review your account further.

**Does anyone know how i can overcome this as the account has $1200 in.
